In accordance with the withdrawal by the Deputies Faction "Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc" of the letter from 11 January 2010 № 04-02/4-01 with the demand to convene the extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 13 January 2010 and introduction of the demand to conduct the extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 14 January 2010, introduce the amendments to the Order of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from 12 January 2010 №3 "On the Convocation of the Extraordinary Plenary Meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine":
"ORDER
Of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
On the Convocation of the Extraordinary Plenary Meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
1. In accordance with the initiative of 163 People´s Deputies of Ukraine-members of the Party of Regions and 151 People´s Deputies of Ukraine-members of "Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc" Deputy Faction convene the extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the sixth convocation, which is to be held on 13 and 14 January 2010 and commenced at 10 a.m. 13 January 2010.
2. Scrutinize in the course of the pre-termed plenary meeting the issues implemented by the People´s Deputies of Ukraine members of the relevant Deputies Faction (Appendices №1 and №2).
3. To V. Zaichuk, The Secretary General of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate, provide preparation and conduction of the extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 13 and 14 January 2010 and inform the People´s Deputies of Ukraine on issues to be scrutinized in the course of the sittings."
